Assoc. Prof. Bin Hu from Beijing University of Technology presented groundbreaking research on "Composite Utilization of Underground Space in Beijing’s Historic Public Green Areas". His team at the Underground Space Planning and Design Research Institute demonstrated data-driven strategies for ecological space optimization in high-density urban renewal.

Speech Title: AI for Cities: Challenges, Opportunities, and the Road Ahead
Dr. Jafar from the Virtual World Institute, USA, representing Prof. Ghadiri of Swiss Institute of Information and Management, delivered a speech on "AI for Cities: Challenges, Opportunities and the Road Ahead". The study highlighted AI’s efficacy in smart transportation and energy management while emphasizing unresolved challenges in data ethics and governance.

11 young scholars from institutions including Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering, Xi'an University of Architecture and Technology, Chongqing University, China University of Mining and Technology, Shenzhen University, China University of Mining and Technology, Shanghai University of Technology presented their research in the oral session. Topics spanned ecological restoration technologies for mining cities, new monitoring systems for resilient urban pipelines, and digital twin technology to coastline management, showcasing the diversity and applicability ofUrban Constructio.
The conference concluded at 17:00. The organizing committee affirmed that the ICUCME conference series will continue to serve as a global platform for academic and industrial collaboration, advancing technological innovation in Urban Construction and Management Engineering.

2025年7月,第六届城市建设与管理工程国际学术会议(ICUCME 2025)通过线上平台圆满落幕。本次会议汇聚全球城市建设领域专家学者,聚焦地下空间开发、人工智能城市应用等前沿议题,共探可持续城市发展路径。
会议组委会对与会学者表示热烈欢迎,并强调本次会议致力于推动城市建设向更高水平发展,助力全球可持续发展目标。
北京工业大学胡斌副教授以《北京老城公共绿地地下空间复合利用研究》为题,提出历史城区生态空间集约化开发的新模式。其领导的地下空间规划与设计研究院(北京工业大学) 团队通过多尺度建模,为解决高密度城市更新难题提供科学依据。
美国虚拟世界研究所Jafar博士代表瑞士信息与管理学院校长Ghadiri教授,发表《城市人工智能:挑战、机遇与发展路径》报告。研究指出,AI在智慧交通、能源管理等领域已实现降本增效,但数据安全与伦理治理仍是全球共同挑战。
在随后的口头报告环节,来自重庆工程职业技术学院、西安建筑科技大学、重庆大学、西安建筑科技大学、中国矿业大学、深圳大学、上海科技大学等7所高校的青年学者展示了最新研究成果。议题涵盖矿山城市生态修复技术、韧性城市地下管网监测新方法、数字孪生技术等领域,凸显了城市建设研究研究的多样性与实践价值。
会议于当日17:0圆满落幕。组委会表示,ICUCME系列会议将持续搭建国际化学术平台,推动城市建设与管理工程的产学研融合,为全球城市建设贡献智慧。
